“But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” – Matthew 24:13
Let’s be honest, it’s wild out there. Every day, the news scroll brings more chaos: wars, natural disasters, political division, rising hostility toward faith, and more confusion than clarity. It’s no wonder people are asking, “Are we in the end times?”
The short answer? We could be. Jesus told us in Matthew 24 and Luke 21 that these kinds of signs would show up in the last days—and they’re all around us. But here’s the thing: the point of prophecy isn’t to panic—it’s to prepare.
So, How Do We Stay Steady?
If you’ve ever felt spiritually tired, a little discouraged, or even just overwhelmed by the state of the world, you’re not alone. But as followers of Jesus, we’re not called to fear. We’re called to stand firm.
Here’s how we stay faithful, even now:
1. Don’t Just Read the Bible—Live It
This isn’t the time for surface-level Christianity. We need to be rooted in God’s Word like never before. Not just reading it out of obligation, but letting it shape how we think, respond, and live. The Bible isn’t just old history, it’s alive, and it has something to say about today.
2. Stay Connected to God’s People
Isolation is one of the enemy’s oldest tricks. When we’re disconnected from the church, we’re easier to discourage and deceive. Community matters. Whether it’s Sunday mornings, small groups, or grabbing coffee with someone who sharpens your faith, we must stay connected.
3. Talk to God About Everything
Prayer doesn’t have to be fancy. It just needs to be honest. In a world full of noise, prayer keeps our hearts aligned with heaven. Make space to pray, not just when life is hard, but as a lifestyle. It will anchor you in peace when everything else feels unstable.
4. Stand for Truth—With Grace
In a culture that’s constantly shifting, we need courage to stand for what’s true, especially when it’s not popular. But truth without love just sounds like noise. Be bold, but be kind. Jesus did both, and we’re called to do the same.
The End Times Aren’t About Fear
They’re About Focus
If you belong to Jesus, you don’t have to be afraid of the end, you can look forward to it.
He’s coming back.
That’s not just good news, it’s the good news! Until then, we don’t sit around speculating or waiting. We live on mission.
We raise our families with purpose.
We invite people into faith conversations.
We live with urgency, but not anxiety.
And we don’t compromise the gospel.
The Bible reminds us that in the end, Jesus wins. And if you’re with Him, you do too.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9
Keep Showing Up
Maybe you’ve been feeling worn out. Or maybe you’re just trying to make sense of it all. Wherever you are in your faith journey, you’re not alone. And you’re not powerless. You were born for such a time as this.
The world is shaking, but Jesus is steady. So, let’s keep showing up. Keep pursuing truth. Keep worshipping. Keep praying. And when the time comes, may we be found faithful.
